Our Warranty

Company Sdn Bhd are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the period of 2 years commencing from the date of purchase. At Company Sdn Bhd’s option, we may repair or replace parts that is determined to be defective by us and determined to be covered by this warranty.

Return Policy :

i) All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for wrong products shipping. You have five (5) days to return an item from the date you received it.

When the product receive isn’t same with you ordered, you could:

  1. Return back – Please send your parcel via delivery method which allows tracking. We will bear the postage/ courier fees for return item.
  2. Once received the returned items, we will send out the exact product to you within two (2) working days.

ii) If you don’t enjoy our snack, you may contact us to give your valuable opinion and suggestion.
